Geometry is made in zBrush, then brought to Cinema with goal to get depth of field to render, which was easy after I watched quick tutorial.
I don’t quite get how UVs work in Cinema, as evidenced by these experiments which can sometimes result with attractive combinations, but there are disasters too.
